Install Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio

  1. Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio Code requires Lucent Sky AVM CLI. Before installing Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio, install Lucent Sky AVM CLI.

    Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio Code will attempt to locate Lucent Sky AVM CLI on the following locations:

      • $HOME/Applications/CLEAR CLI
      • $HOME/Applications/clear-cli
      • /Applications/CLEAR CLI
    • on Ubuntu
      • /opt/clear-cli
    • on Windows
      • %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\CLEAR CLI
      • %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\clear-cli
      • C:\Program Files\Lucent Sky\CLEAR CLI

    You can also use the lucentSkyAvm.CliPath setting in Visual Studio Code to specify the location of Lucent Sky AVM CLI.

  2. Extract the .vsix file from the Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio Code setup package.
  3. Open Visual Studio Code, open the Command Palette, and select Extensions: Install from VSIX.
  4. Select the .vsix file to install.

Uninstall Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio Code

  1. In Visual Studio Code, open the menu bar, select Extensions on the Activity Bar.
  2. Select Lucent Sky AVM for Visual Studio Code, then select Uninstall.
